OK, so uploading is stupidly complicated right now. This will change soon.

• FTP your files to ftp://ftp@mrflip.com@mrflip.com
  • ftp to ftp.mrflip.com
  • login as ftp@mrflip.com—yes, you should use an at sign in the login.
  • Type your email address as the password.

• Then, please email info@infochimp.org to alert the batch process Bonobos that you've left this kickass dataset for them.
  • Send your upload as a single compressed tar.gz or tar.bz2 or .zip file.
  • Reference all primary sources of the data as well as any changes made to the data by contributors. Include yourself among the contributors.
  • If possible, convert the dataset to XML or YAML or JSON, and use the simple commented template at HOWTO Schema to describe the dataset.
  • If you can’t manage the above we will accept interesting data in whatever form you can deliver to be schematized and converted by some noble chimp down the line.
